Eligibility Criteria for TNPSC Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Superintendent : A First or Second class Degree in B.A. (or) B.Sc. (or) B.Com. (or) A Diploma in Criminology and Forensic Science and B.T. or L.T. or B.Ed., Degree.
For Psychologist : A degree of B.A. (Hons) or M.A. (Psychology) OR M.A. (Psychology) OR Post Graduate degree in Psychology.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 01.07.2016
For SC/ST/MBC/BCM/DW of All State : Minimum 18 years
For All Others : 18 to 35 years (for Psychologist in Tamil Nadu Jail Service 30 years)
Job Location : Tamil Nadu
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Examination & Oral Test.

Candidates have to pay Rs. 125/- Candidates have to Register their basic particulars through One -Time Registration which is mandatory on payment of Rs. 50/- towards registration fee. Candidates have to pay application fee in the form of Online. SC/ST/Differently Abled Persons are exempted from the payment of application.
